THE HOUSE
3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6-8 people. Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, washer and dryer, multiple entertainment systems and surround sound in the living room, outdoor entertaining area with fire pit, stone table that seats 8 and 4-6 person new Sundance non-chlorine hot tub, Japanese soaking tub in Master bedroom, games and movies.
The house is located in Shelter cove, 15 minutes walk from all beaches and amenities in the Cove, including restaurants and coffee shops. The grocery store is 5 minutes drive where you can buy any food items you need. The Art Studio is separate form the main house. The garden is beautiful. Guests will be welcomed with local wine and chocolate. This is a 420 medical -friendly home, but please smoke outside.
THE SPACE
The whole house and gardens are yours to use! It’s a beautiful tropical paradise- there is a hot tub and an outside bbq, as well as a fire pit. The private “art studio guest house” has a garden view
